Privacy Policy

What data we collect
Luctura does not operate user accounts, collect email addresses, or store personal information directly. We do not run forms that transmit personal data to our servers.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is governed by Netlify's privacy policy.
Third-party services
Luctura links to third-party platforms including Coursera, Udemy, Skillshare, MasterClass, LinkedIn Learning, and Amazon. When you click through to these platforms, their own privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any platform before subscribing.
Affiliate tracking: our affiliate links contain tracking parameters that identify Luctura as the referring source. This allows us to receive commissions but does not transmit any personal data from you to us.
Cookies
Luctura does not set first-party cookies. Third-party affiliate links may set cookies on the destination platform when you click through. These are governed by the destination platform's cookie policy.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, referral sources, device types). No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through analytics.
Your rights
As Luctura does not store personal data, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about data handling, contact us.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our data practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last reviewed.
